As mentioned, the combination of high-quality output, confirmed by a 1200×1200 dpi rating, and general simplicity is the most crucial advantage of the printer for me. Determining not to include the color in a simple-looking printer was also a wise choice.
The only obvious disadvantage is the peculiarities of the use of the device, which are relevant for all printers: it is impossible to combine considerable graphics with the speed of the process, which is optimal only for purely typed pages.
