Epson WorkForce ES-400 II Specifications
The Epson WorkForce ES-400 II is a high-speed document scanner, and I emphasize high speed. That precious feature allows the device to quickly sweep through a stack of papers and scan both sides simultaneously. It manages to work with a speed of 35 ppm and doesn’t slow down regarding color or increased resolution. That speed and efficiency benefit people who need to process a massive amount of sheets.
The Epson machine can fit fifty pages into its automatic document feeder, leaving me time to do other tasks. It is also straightforward to deal with when it comes to setup and software. The device can be integrated with my Windows system without issues and functions well when connected to a Mac. The provided Epson ScanSmart software is functional and straight to the point. I particularly enjoyed organizing files while scanning and implementing a search feature in my PDF files. The scanning part is also smooth; it allows me to read the text.
Notwithstanding, regarding graphics, I can’t recommend this scanner to people who scag images – it is a paper expert. Crucially, while it outperforms many scanners on the market in its class in terms of scanning speed and functionality, the device has an affordable cost. It is an excellent option for a small-medium office or a remote worker with few expenses. Such a scanner is very convenient and allows me to quickly scan, verify, and format the documents. At the same time, people who need to work exclusively with high-fidelity images might want to consider products. The Epson WorkForce ES-620 II isn’t perfect, but it is still an excellent solution for someone who wants to scan processes and delivery procedures.
